Concrete Poetry Workshop with Artist-in-Residence Andrew Maize

with Visual Arts NS Artist-in-Residence Andrew Maize

Taking inspiration from Canadian Poet bpNichol (1944-1988) this fun and playful workshop will explore the visual elements of language.

We'll break words apart, play with the letters, make poems while learning about the history of concrete poetry.

No experience necessary, just bring your curiosity and love of language!

To register, please call 902-889-2227.

In partnership with Visual Arts Nova Scotia and the Old School Community Gathering Place
