Roger Gosse;   Musician   Artist   Eastern Passage NS

Born in Spaniards Bay NL, to a  fishing family of 5, exposure to music came early, with frequent home visits by many of the local folk musicians. It was there the seed was planted and a love of Newfoundland and all folk music grew. At the age of 17, he sat down to learn the guitar and started a love affair that fills his soul to this very day.

A founding member of the Local Celtic Band Caber Feidh,  who bring  to the stage the sounds of the great Irish Show bands of the the 60 and 70,  Roger sings the old Irish Ballads with passion and emotion.

At present Roger is part of the duo  R and R,  and with Randy Lock,  hosting the local Open Mic in Eastern Passage at the Seafarer's Pub. You can find him around town at local music venues singing and playing, lending a hand where he can.
