The Cooperator is conducting a survey to determine the challenges and resources for water users who live within the boundaries of the MH Common Area Rate, which includes all of East and West Petpeswick, most of Ostrea Lake Road, and the lower part of Meaghers Grant Road.

This questionnaire is about the current supply of fresh water from wells. We are not gathering data on septic tanks or other sewage disposal methods.

We are asking for you to attach a civic address to your reply.  We will hold this information in confidence; no individual users will be identified in any documents associated with this project. You can also choose not to give your address.
