Atlantic Gold Corporation is pleased to invite members of the public to attend an open house to review information on the planned start of construction of the permitted Touquoy Gold Mine and the commencement of the Environmental Assessment processes for the Beaver Dam Gold Mine.
These two gold deposits are part of Atlantic Gold's Moose River Consolidated Project. The mining of the Touquoy deposit will occur for approximately five years. If successfully permitted, the mining of the Beaver Dam deposit would follow for three to four years. Gold ore mined from Beaver Dam is proposed to be trucked to and processed at the Touquoy site using existing facilities.
Atlantic Gold is seeking public input on the Beaver Dam Mine Project as part of the federal and provincial regulated Environmental Assessment process. We also want to update the community on the upcoming construction at the permitted Touquoy Gold Mine to prepare for ore processing to start in Fall 2017.
