Please be advised that we will be holding our next public meeting on Thursday, November 24th, 6:30pm at the Petpeswick Yacht Club. We will bring everyone up-to-date on what has happened since the City Hall protest and next steps to be taken. The fight is far from over, so please bring as many people as you can.
MISSING FROM THE AGENDA?
As you may be aware, the report that came to Council on October 4th as a result of our City Hall protest http://www.halifax.ca/…/agenda…/documents/161004ca14112.pdf… (Page 5) was to have the first reading before Council on Tuesday, November 8th. Council meeting agendas are released the preceeding Friday at noon. There is no sign of the report on the agenda. Having reached out to staff and several Councillors, we await an update. Any information will be posted here on our Facebook page (Save Rural HRM).
