Porters Lake Pub was full for a late March benefit auction for West Chezzetcook fisherman Perry Crowell.
Crowell has been diagnosed with inoperable non-Hodgkins lymphoma and is currently undergoing chemotherapy treatments. Family friend and first time auctionear Norm Philpitt (sitting on stool) put up dozens of items from three nights at a farm house 2 ninja blenders 210 pounds of fresh lobster. Tina Marie Hatch of TM Computer Services broadcast the auction live and took in bids online.
