Back in 2008, it was my Dad who introduced me, a crazy eight-year-old metal-head, to my favorite heavy metal band, Trivium. My Dad was playing the video game Madden NFL ’09 when he heard the song “Into the Mouth of Hell We March.”

Many thanks to all the kind workers who prepared lovely turkey dinners for the seniors from East Ship Harbour to Mushaboom. They were served at St. Denis Church Hall and in the Mushaboom Fire Hall. It was a lovely Christmas gift to the seniors from some very kind people.

Last spring, HRM Regional Council voted to include $2.5 million in the capital budget to replace the building.
